If you are walking around the Arashiyama area and want to take a short break, you can visit Saganoyu while enjoying an authentic meal. Saganoyu was previously a public bathhouse which was built in 1923, but in 2006 the building was renovated into a cafe, but you can still feel the old public bath. Because the water faucets and the original ceramic tiles when they were still public baths are still there Even though it’s a modern cafe, lots of old furniture will take you back in time!
