Adventure World, located in Shirahama, Wakayama Prefecture is a popular theme park incorporating an amusement park, a wildlife park with giant pandas, safari park tours and dolphin shows to keep you entertained all day long.
MEGA THEME PARK
This mega theme park brings all interactive activities in just one facility for the whole family to enjoy. The main feature of Adventure World is its Panda Land, which exhibits giant panda plus a guided panda learning tour to encounter with pandas closely and get to learn more about them from experts. There is also an exhibition of Giant Panda breeding where you can see the Giant Panda family.
MARINE ATTRACTION
In addition to its main attraction, there is also The Big Ocean where you can witness live dolphin and whale actions and performances. You can also take a commemorative photo with a sea lion. There is also an Animal Action Feeling Tour where you can communicate with the animals in the live performances. In Marine Wave, there are tours and other events that lets you get familiar with different marine mammals.
Aside from that, you can also have a chance to touch, shake hands and feed the dolphins closely. You can even take pictures with these cute little dolphins. But not only that, in Penguin Kingdom – you can also see and feed some penguins and learn more about them. In Sea Animals Museum, you can see polar bears, sea otters and other marine animals. There is also Red Wood Images, where you can see and touch parrots and monkeys. You can even ride at horses and even elephants.
SAFARI EXPERIENCE
Their Safari World features different train like Kenya Train and other special bus that drives around the vast grounds to let you observe free-range animals. There are other options as well in order to see around over the Safari World. You can experience their newest Safari Caravan tour, you can also explore the safari park by taking a Jeep Safari Explore Tour, Family Jeep Rental Tour. You can even just go for a walk and get closer to wild animals at your own pace or better yet go cycling or cart – anyway you choose. Moreover, if you are a carnivore fan, then the Animal Patrol tour is recommended for you. The tour takes around 25 minutes in minimum. It lets you see various wild animals like giraffes, cheetahs, rhinoceros, lion, elephants, Malayan Tapir and a whole lot more.
